Ingredients

 Eggs2 , Well beaten
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 17 oz, can cream-style corn
 7 oz. can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained
 3/4 cup {20 crackers) coarse saltine cracker crumbs
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Green pepper1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon, melted
 Saltine cracker1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In bowl, combine all ingredients except butter and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart or 10x6 inch baking dish.
Toss 1/2 cup cracker crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
