Double Cheese Hamburger Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Noodles | 4 Ounce, uncooked | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Cottage cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), creamed | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium |
Directions
Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
While noodles are cooking, cook and stir meat, onion and celery in large skillet until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in noodles, tomato sauce, salt, cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream.
to cook in skillet: heat mixture to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.
Cut tomato into thin slices and arrange on meat mixture.
Cover until tomato slices are warm, about 5 minutes.
to cook in oven: turn mixture into un greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
