Double Peanut Cookies Recipe
Ingredients

| Peanut butter | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 2 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Peanuts | 1 Cup(16 tbs), coarsely chopped |
Directions
In mixing bowl cream together shortening, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; blend into creamed mixture.
Stir in chopped peanuts.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly with fingers.
Bake at 350° about 10 minutes.
