Ingredients

 2 mandarins, peeled and sectioned
 1 seedless orange, peeled and sectioned
 1/2 orange honeydew melon, cut in bite-size pieces
 Granulated Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Orange liqueur2 Tablespoon
 Unsweetened chocolate2 Ounce
 Heavy cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Icing Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Few drops vanilla

Directions

Place fruit in bowl with granulated sugar and liqueur.
Toss and let stand while you make the sauce.
Place chocolate, cream, icing sugar and vanilla in double boiler.
Cook until mixture is completely melted; stir constantly.
Alternate fruit on wooden skewers and place on individual dessert plates.
Drizzle chocolate sauce over kebabs.
