Double Melon Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cantaloupes (or 1 large honeydew melon) | ||
| 2 pkgs. sugar-free orange-flavored gelatin | ||

Directions
Scoop out enough melon balls to equal 3 cup (750 mL).
Chill.
Using a spoon, scrape out the remainder of the melon.
Puree.
Measure the pureed melon.
Add water, if needed, to make 4 cup
Pour into a saucepan.
Heat until steaming.
Remove from the heat, add gelatin, and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
Pour into six custard cups and chill until firm.
Garnish each serving with 1/2 cup (125 mL) of melon balls and orange slices.
