Ingredients

 Pinto beans1/2 pound, dried
 Whole tomatoes2 Can (10oz), undrained
 Onions1 1/2 Pound, chopped
 Green peppers1 pound, chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2 1/2 pounds ground beef or venison
 1 pound lean ground pork
 Butter/Margarine1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Vegetable oil1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Chili powder1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Cumin seeds1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Monosodium glutamate1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Sort and wash pinto beans.
2) Take a 6-quart Dutch oven, soak pinto beans in water, and leave it overnight.

MAKING
3) Cook the beans in water for an hour or until beans turn tender.
4) Reduce heat and add in tomatoes, allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
5) Add onion and green pepper and cook for 10 minutes or until tender, ensure to stir frequently.
6) Add garlic and parsley.
7) Take a pan, heat butter and oil, and cook meat stirring to crumble.
8) Add the cooked meat in the bean mixture, stir the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for one hour.
9) Uncover the pan and let it simmer for another 30 minutes.

SERVING
10) Sprinkle seasoning and serve.
