Easy Double Decker Chicken Mold Recipe

Ingredients
1 envelope unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup cold water
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 can (5 ounces) chunk chicken, or 1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
Dash pepper
Directions
Sprinkle gelatine on cold water to soften.
Place over low heat; stir until gelatine is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Blend soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; stir in gelatine.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until almost firm.
