Double Chocolate Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
14 fresh fruit pieces
6 oz semisweet dark chocolate
1 1/2 oz white chocolate
3/4 cup Grand Marnier flavored light cream
Fresh mint
Directions
Line a roasting pan with wax paper.
Set aside.
Wash fruit in cold water.
Pat dry.
Set aside.
In a double boiler, melt semisweet dark chocolate.
Dip fruit two thirds in chocolate.
Place in roasting pan.
Set aside.
In a double boiler, melt white chocolate.
Dip in ends of a fork.
Drizzle chocolate over fruit, in a zigzag motion.
Refrigerate around 10 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
Set aside.
