Double Chocolate Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 2 Can (10oz), divided | |
| Baking cocoa | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 4 , chopped | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cubed pound cake and assorted fresh fruit | ||
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and 1 can milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved.
In a small bowl, whisk cocoa and remaining milk until smooth.
Add to sugar mixture; bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
Remove from the heat; stir in chocolate and butter until melted.
Stir in vanilla.
Keep warm.
