Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chunks
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Melt unsweetened chocolate in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water.
Remove from heat; cool.
Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy.
Add the oil and sugar; continue beating until light and frothy.
Blend in baking powder, vanilla, baking soda, salt and melted chocolate.
Mix in flour until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chunks.
Shape dough into walnut-sized balls.
Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until firm in center.
Do not overbake.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
