Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 | |
| Baking unsweetened chocolate | 2 Ounce | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Sugar | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
In 2-cup glass measure place butter and chocolate and cook on HI (max. power) 1 1/2 minutes, or until butter is melted.
Chocolate will not appear melted until stirred.
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl until light and foamy.
Stir in chocolate mixture, sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into 9-inch microproof baking dish.
Cook on HI (max. power) 6 minutes.
Brownies will still be moist but will firm as cooled.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool before cutting into squares.
