Double Cheese Parfait Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 medium-size red cabbage | ||
| 2 medium-size yellow squash | ||
| Celery stalks | 3 Large | |
| Double cheese topping | ||
Directions
1 Wash, quarter and core red cabbage; thinly slice with a sharp knife on a wooden board. Wash and tip squash and shred on largest hole of grater. Wash celery and thinly slice.
2 Evenly divide shredded cabbage in the bottoms of 4 large wine glasses; cover with layer of grated squash; top with sliced celery. Refrigerate until serving time.
