Ingredients

 Linguine package1
 Zucchini1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Frozen peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter/Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Eggs3
 Half and Half1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
 Parmesan cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

Prepare linguine as directed on package.
Rinse and drain.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine zucchini, peas and butter.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring once.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, blend eggs, half-and-half and salt.
Add egg mixture, linguine, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses to vegetable mixture.
Toss to coat.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture is set, tossing after every 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, if desired.
