Double Cheese Hamburger Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), creamed | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 , softened | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4 oz. noodles, cooked and drained | ||
| Tomato | 1 , sliced | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Cook and stir onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender.
Add ground beef; brown.
Stir in tomato sauce and salt; simmer 1 min.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients except tomato; mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2-qt casserole.
Top with tomato slices.
Cover; bake 30 min.
