Double Cheese Cauliflower Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Cauliflower pieces - 4 cups | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese - 1 package of 8-ounces, cubed | ||
| American cheese spread - 5 ounces | ||
| Dried beef - 1/4 pound, either torn into strips or shredded | ||
| Potato flakes - 1/2 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, combine together the cauliflower and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and set it aside.
2) Place a slow cooker over low heat and heat it. Add the cheese sprad and cram cheese and pour in the water and cauliflower. Stir well so that the cheese is dissolved and mixed well with the cauliflower.
3) Add the potato flakes and dried beef and mix properly.
4) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
