Double Beef Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Rye bread slice | 12 , buttered | |
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Leaf lettuce | ||
| 4 ounces dried beef, pulled apart | ||
| 4 ounces sliced Muenster or brick cheese | ||
| 4 ounces cooked or canned corned beef, sliced very thin | ||
| 2 large dill pickles, thinly sliced | ||
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Prepared horseradish | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Spread half the bread slices with mustard and add layers of lettuce, dried beef, cheese, corned beef, pickle, and onion.
Top each stack-up with more lettuce.
Spread remaining bread slices with horseradish, and complete sandwiches.
Anchor with toothpick topped with a ripe olive.
