 Rye bread slice12 , buttered
 Prepared mustard2 Tablespoon
 Leaf lettuce
 4 ounces dried beef, pulled apart
 4 ounces sliced Muenster or brick cheese
 4 ounces cooked or canned corned beef, sliced very thin
 2 large dill pickles, thinly sliced
 Onion1 , thinly sliced
 Prepared horseradish1 Tablespoon

Directions

Spread half the bread slices with mustard and add layers of lettuce, dried beef, cheese, corned beef, pickle, and onion.
Top each stack-up with more lettuce.
Spread remaining bread slices with horseradish, and complete sandwiches.
Anchor with toothpick topped with a ripe olive.
