Recipe Story

while on a recent visit to usa i found making dosa very difficult because you dont get dished tavas and all the kitchens have electrical heating elements which are flat .. so i tried out a new method which works well .. i used a 13inch non stick griddle which has a rim.. and made in the method shown here i.e., you pour the batter sufficiently diluted into the preheated griddle and spread the batter around by rocking the griddle instead of using a laddle .. it works really better and now i make it by this method only ... it gives uniform thickness and perfectly circular dosas... incidentally the background music is from my sterio system ....
