Ingredients
| Rice | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Milk | 590 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Sugar | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Charoli nuts 30 gm. | ||
| Cardamoms | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Pistachio nuts | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Almonds | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Heat milk in a thick bottomed pan.
2. Stir till it boils. Add washed rice.
3. Simmer for half an hour stirring occasionally.
4. Add sugar and nuts. Cook on a very slow fire till thick.
5. Sprinkle powdered cardamoms.
