Thin mints- 4, crushed
Ice cream- 2 scoops
Directions
MAKING
1) Slice the donuts in half and place a layer of ice cream on one half.
2) Put the second half of the donut on top.
3) Take some crushed thin mint in a plate and roll the ice cream sandwich in it.
SERVING
4) Serve the donut sandwiches immediately or chill until served.
