Do Ahead Beef Noodle Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Noodles | 4 Ounce | |
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Chopped onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 15 Ounce | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese | ||
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce, softened | |
Directions
Advance preparation: Cook noodles in boiling, salted water till tender.
Brown beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, seasoned salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Blend cheeses till fluffy.
In buttered 10x6x2-inch baking dish layer noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce.
Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Before serving: Bake at 350° till heated through, about 40 minutes.
