Dipping Sauce Recipe

| Mango chutney | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garam masala | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
Stir in the garlic and curry powder and continue cooking for one minute.
Add the tomatoes, including their juice, and the chutney and stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring all the time, then reduce the heat, partially cover and simmer gently for about 40-45 minutes, until thickened.
Puree the sauce in a blender or food processor, or pass through a nylon sieve.
Season the sauce with garam masala, adding a little more or less, to suit your own taste.
Reheat the sauce if serving it hot.
