Ingredients

 
3 tablespoons yeast
 
1/2 cup vegetable oil
 
3/4 cup sugar
 
1 tablespoon salt
 
3 eggs
 
10 cups flour

Directions

Dissolve the yeast in a cup of warm water.
Combine the vegetable oil, sugar, salt, eggs and flour in a large bowl.
Stir in the yeast mixture.
Stir in 13/4 cups warm water.
If dough is sticky, add more water.
Knead on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
Place in a greased bowl, turning to coat the surface.
Let rise, covered, in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
Punch the dough down and divide into 24 portions.
Place each portion in a muffin cup that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until rolls test done.
