Directions

Lightly fry green pepper and onion for 3 minutes in shortening.
Add meat and blend thoroughly.
Add seasonings.
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs.
In a 2 quart baking dish, alternate layers of 1 cup corn, half of meat mixture and sliced tomatoes.
Repeat layers.
Cover with crumbs.
Dot generously with butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour
