Directions

MAKING
1. In a non-stick pan heat sesame oil, and saute hot pepper, garlic and onion, for 5 minutes or until onions are light brown in colour.
2. Add in the rice and stir lightly.
3. Pour in the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and cayenne stir well to mix.
4. Add in the crab meat, and stir for about 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the edamame or peas, push the rice on 1 side of pan and pour the egg in the pan, scramble and cook for 2 minutes.

FINALIZING
6. Stir the egg with rice and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle green onions on top and lightly stir.

SERVING
8. Serve hot as desired.
