Directions
Dredge pork chops in flour and brown conventionally in oil on surface unit.
Place browned pork chops in glass casserole.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on HIGH (9); HEAT & HOLD at 180°F for 2 hours, or until chops are tender.
