Dilly Cauliflower Recipe
|Cauliflower||1 (Divided Into Flowerets)|
|Sharp cheddar||1⁄2 Pound|

|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, shredded|

1)In a saucepan, add cauliflower, water and salt. Simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat.
2)In a small saucepan, heat butter and add flour. Add milk slowly.
3)Cook until thickened, stirring continuously.
4)Add cheese and melt and add dill seed, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.
5)Take a 2-quart casserole and layer cauliflower and pour sauce.
6)Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
7)Serve the cauliflower hot.
