| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dill seed | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. In quarter cup of warm water, dissolve the yeast
2. In a pan, heat cottage cheese gently till hot na dthen mix it thoroughly with the yeast solution and flour
3. Add all the other ingredients, beat well and pour into a agreased bread tin
4. Allow to rise till double; brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle some salt and bake for forty five minutes at 350°F
SERVING
5. Serve as appropriate
