 Lipton Onion Soup Mix - 1 envelope
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dill1/4 Cup (16 tbs), snipped
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Garlic - 1 small clove, finely chopped
 Green beans1 pound, cooked
 Red kidney beans1 Can (10oz)
 Mushrooms2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl combine the onion soup mix, water and vinegar.
2) Mix in the oil, dill, parsley and garlic.
3) Add the remaining ingredients and toss well.

SERVING
4) Chill the salad well before serving. Serve as a side to meat mains.
