Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Place in greased baking dish.
Combine lemon juice and onion; sprinkle over fish.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; spread sour cream over salmon.
Sprinkle with lemon peel and dill.
Bake 3 minutes longer.
Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
