Dill Macaroni Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup (4 ounces) cubed low-fat Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Rinse with cold water; drain again.
Combine macaroni, Cheddar cheese, celery, green pepper, and pimiento in a medium bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and dillweed, and add to macaroni mixture.
Toss mixture lightly to coat.
Cover and chill.
