Ingredients

 Low fat plain yogurt2 Tablespoon
 2 tablespoons reduced calorie mayonnaise
 4 teaspoons snipped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 1 can water packed tuna, drained and flaked
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Water chestnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 1 small green onion, sliced thin

Directions

In a medium size bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, and pepper.
Add the tuna, celery, water chestnuts, and green onion and toss well.
Cover and chill for 1 or 2 hours, if you like, before serving on a bed of lettuce leaves.
