Dill Tuna Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie creamy cucumber salad dressing | ||
| Dill weed | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber | ||
| Radishes | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Water | 1 61/2 Ounce, drained | |
| Lettuce leaves | 2 | |
| 4 slices pumpernickel, rye, or whole wheat bread | ||
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl combine salad dressing, dillweed, and pepper. Stir in chopped cucumber and radishes. Add drained tuna. Toss gently to mix.
For each sandwich, place one lettuce leaf on a slice of bread. Top with half of the tuna mixture and another slice of bread.
