Dilled Salmon And Spiral Salad Recipe

I though my kid would not eat this Dilled Salmon And Spiral Salad especially because he doesn't like salmons. But I was in for a surprise. He savored this Dilled Salmon And Spiral Salad. Anyone will like it!

Ingredients

3 cups whole wheat sesame pasta spirals
1 pound asparagus
3/4 pound salmon fillets
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
1/4 cup Dilled Cucumber Sauce
Dill sprigs (garnish)

How to make Dilled Salmon And Spiral Salad

Place a large pot of water over high heat and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
While the pasta cooks, trim the tough ends from the asparagus and peel the stems halfway up the stalk.
Cut diagonally into 2-inch pieces.
Steam the asparagus until crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
Rinse under cold water until cool.
In a medium-size saucepan with about 1/2 inch of simmering water, poach the salmon fillets until firm throughout, about 8 minutes.
Flake or cut into bite-size pieces.
Place the pasta, asparagus, salmon, tomatoes, dill, and sauce in a medium-size serving bowl.
Toss and garnish with dill, if desired.
