 2 large Bermuda onions
 4 medium-size cucumbers
 Mushroom2 Can (10oz)
 Sugar1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt4 Teaspoon
 Dill weed2 Teaspoon
 White vinegar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Slice onions thin and separate into rings; place in a large bowl. Pare cucumbers and score with a fork; slice thin; place in a medium-size bowl. Drain liquid from mushrooms and save for soup or gravy; place mushrooms in a small bowl.
2. Combine sugar, salt, dillweed, vinegar and water in a medium-size saucepan; bring to boiling. Pour over the vegetables in each bowl; cover. Chill several hours or overnight.
3. Remove vegetables from liquid with a slotted spoon. Pile into a sectioned relish tray or into separate small bowls.
