Dill Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 5 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Onions | 1 1/2 Medium, separated into rings | |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING) | |
| Sugar | 4 1/2 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| 4 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh dill, or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried | ||
Directions
1. Place the cucumbers and onions in a shallow dish. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the vegetables. Toss to mix well.
2. Cover the salad and chill for several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally, before serving.
