Dill Cucumber Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cucumbers | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Vinegar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery seed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine 1/2 cup water and salt; pour over cucumbers.
Let stand 30 minutes; drain and rinse.
Combine cucumber and onion.
In saucepan combine 2/3 cup water and remaining ingredients; bring to boiling.
Pour over vegetables; chill.
