 Cucumber1 , shredded
 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or skim-milk buttermilk
 1 bunch fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dillweed
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

In a colander drain cucumber until almost dry.
In a blender container combine cucumber, cottage cheese, yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Process until blended and smooth.
