Dill Bean Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 3 Pound | |
| Dill | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), halved | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pickling salt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Remove tips from the beans and leave whole.
Boil until crisp-tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Plunge into ice water quickly.
Pack upright in sterilized pint jars.
Divide the dill and garlic among the jars.
Heat remaining ingredients together and add to the bean jars.
Seal and store 1 month before using.
