Dill Sauce Recipe
I am sharing this recipe of Dill Sauce which is near and dear to my heart. The flavor of Vegetable makes this dish all the more appetizing. Dill Sauce goes perfectly as Side Dish. Stop ruminating and make this Dill Sauce right now!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Few grains pepper
1/2 teaspoon dill weed crushed
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Directions
Heat butter in a heavy saucepan.
Mix in onion and mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper, and dill.
Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
Add milk gradually, continuing to stir.
Mix in lemon peel.
Bring to boiling and boil 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve hot over souffle.
