Dill Perch Recipe
Thanks to my neighbor for sharing this excellent Dill Perch recipe. Made with Seafood, Dill Perch is a mouth-watering dish. Have faith in me and try this Dill Perch.
Ingredients
2 pounds perch fillets, cut into serving pieces
4 medium onions, sliced into rings
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
2 dill pickles, chopped
4 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Fresh chopped dill for garnish
Directions
Put perch, onions, celery, salt, and water in cooker.
Close cover and set pressure con trol in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 minutes.
Allow cooker to cool nor mally.
Return open cooker to a low flame.
Add sour cream, pickles, horseradish, and parsley flakes.
Stir until well-blended and hot.
Garnish perch with dillweed, and serve
