Dill Fried Cauliflower Recipe
Dill fried cauliflower is a breaded and fried cauliflower recipe flavored with dillweed. Deep fried and served as a snack or a side with a dip to go with, this is a great accompaniment for meals.
Ingredients

| 1/2 cup bread crumbs mixed with 1 teaspoon salt | ||
| 1 teaspoon dillweed, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 4 tablespoons oil or rendered chicken fat | ||
Directions
Cook cauliflower in salted water just 10 minutes; drain.
Cool; separate into florets.
Dip each piece into crumbs, then in eggs; return to crumb mixture.
Heat oil in medium skillet; cook florets until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.
