Ingredients

 Cauliflower1
 1/2 cup bread crumbs mixed with 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon dillweed, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 Eggs2 , beaten
 4 tablespoons oil or rendered chicken fat

Directions

Cook cauliflower in salted water just 10 minutes; drain.
Cool; separate into florets.
Dip each piece into crumbs, then in eggs; return to crumb mixture.
Heat oil in medium skillet; cook florets until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with more salt and pepper if desired.
