Directions

Preheat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).
Slice the red potatoes in half.
Remove length cut slice from each half.
Place in a medium bowl.
Add olive oil to the bowl.
Add dill weed, chives, and bacon bits.
mix them well.
Place the potato mixture in an oven dish.
Cover.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover the dish.
Bake for another 25 minutes.

This variation of baked red potato is completely different from the ones, which you had till today. It's much spicy, much flavorful and much delicate. However, the preparation is almost the same, only you add few special flavor enhancers like dill, chive and bacon. Make it at home, you are going to love it.
