Baked Red Potatoes with Dill, Chive and Bacon Recipe Video
Dill and chive red potatoes with bacon is one of my favorite appetizers...
Ingredients
Red potatoes, washed and cleaned
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dill weed
1 tbsp chives
4 tbsp cooked bacon bits
Directions
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).
Slice the red potatoes in half.
Remove length cut slice from each half.
Place in a medium bowl.
Add olive oil to the bowl.
Add dill weed, chives, and bacon bits.
mix them well.
Place the potato mixture in an oven dish.
Cover.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover the dish.
Bake for another 25 minutes.
