| Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix warmed cottage cheese, baking soda, onion, dill and egg.
Beat well; cover.
Let rise in warm place until double.
Knead down.
Put in greased bread pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 350° about 35 minutes.
