| 1/2 cup chopped celery with leaves | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 Medium, chopped | |
| 1/4 cup snipped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed | ||

Directions
1. Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon of the salt and pepper. Heat butter in a large skillet. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
2. Add onion and celery; cook until tender. Add tomatoes and dill; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add chicken; spoon some of the tomato mixture over chicken
3. Cover; simmer 30 minutes, until chicken is tender.
