Dill Marinated Baby Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
Marinade
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar
2 tsp (10 ml) black pepper, crushed
5 tsp (25 ml) fresh dill, chopped
1/4 Cup (60 ml) lemon juice
1/4 Cup (60 ml) olive oil
1 baby salmon
1 lb (450 g), skinned and cut into fillets
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
Sour cream
Chives
Directions
– In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
– Place fillets side by side in a dish, outer side up, and baste with marinade. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning every hour.
– Cut fillets into long, thin slices, garnish with onion rings, lemon slices, capers, sour cream and chives.
