1 baby salmon
1 lb (450 g), skinned and cut into fillets
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced

Directions
– In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
– Place fillets side by side in a dish, outer side up, and baste with marinade. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning every hour.
– Cut fillets into long, thin slices, garnish with onion rings, lemon slices, capers, sour cream and chives.
