Directions

Mix beer in 1/2 cup flour. mix dill weed and parsley in breadcrumbs. Coat dill pickles into flour, then beer batter and breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure for 10-12 pickles. Plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Deep fry them for 4 minutes at 375 F. Drain on paper and serve with sour cream and chives.
