Dill Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt | ||
| 1 1/2 cups regular wheat germ | ||
| Almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 teaspoons dried dill weed | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 12 chicken drumsticks | ||
| Nonstick vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place yogurt in shallow bowl.
Combine wheat germ, almonds, dill weed, salt and pepper in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken drumsticks, one at a time, into yogurt, then roll in wheat germ mixture to coat.
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
Arrange chicken in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake about 50 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Garnish as desired.
