Dill Casserole Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 teaspoons dill seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 egg
2 1/4-2 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

Directions
Soften yeast in water.
In mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm, sugar, onion, butter, dill seeds, salt, soda, egg and yeast.
Add flour to form stiff dough, beating well after each addition.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place for 50-60 minutes until doubled in size.
Stir dough down.
Turn into well-greased 8-inch round casserole.
Let rise in warm place for 30-40 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
Brush with soft butter, and sprinkle with salt.
This makes a lovely round loai of bread and is easy enough lor the beginning cook.
