 Whole baby carrots - 2 cups, cooked or canned
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Artificial sweetener -€“ equivalent to 1 teaspoon sugar
 Dill weed1 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), quartered
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1 To taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Drain carrots well.

MAKING
2. In a glass bowl, combine drained carrots with rest of the ingredients; mix lightly.
3. Let the dish stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
4. Remove and discard garlic.

SERVING
5. Warm before serving or serve cold with grilled steak.
