Dill And Garlic Carrots Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole baby carrots - 2 cups, cooked or canned | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Artificial sweetener -€“ equivalent to 1 teaspoon sugar | ||
| Dill weed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), quartered | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Drain carrots well.
MAKING
2. In a glass bowl, combine drained carrots with rest of the ingredients; mix lightly.
3. Let the dish stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
4. Remove and discard garlic.
SERVING
5. Warm before serving or serve cold with grilled steak.
