Dijon Mustard Dressing Recipe

| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon oregano or any other herb you wish | ||
| Pinch of sugar | ||

Directions
Coddle the egg by placing it in a bowl of very hot tap water.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
